Aside the Berlin mainstream, Schöneweide has developed into a place with a vivid, exciting, diverse and engaged creative scene that has finally found a physical representation in the former Sparkasse at Wilheminenhofstr. 82A, 12459 Berlin.
The exhibitions in the 190 m² project space in Oberschöneweide are geared to the overriding themes art, work and money and showcase works across genres. Thus it picks up the character and atmosphere of the space as well as current discourses.
With these themes we aim to develop a clear profile for the project space to exert a significant vibrancy – scientific and intellectual but also experimental and visionary. The changing exhibitions (4 to 6 weeks cycle) will be accompanied by lectures and discussions.
