The HB BUILD Festival is the culminating event and exhibition of the HB BUILD III residency for which the setting of the building plays an important role, celebrating the connection between the artists, the setting and the community that holds them.
Over the past three months a select group of 12 international artists from different mediums have participated in HomeBase BUILD III. While living and working on site at the HB LAB in Pankow, they questioned the notion of home, build and experimented in sustainable communal living, and created new individual and collective site-specific art work.
