Małgorzata Gurowska.
Graduate from the Academy of Fine Arts (ASP) in Warsaw. At present she is assistant to professor Z. Glazer in the Drawing Studio at the ASP. Initially she designed posters for her own Gallery Z o.o. and Ltd. Gallery. Malgorzata Gurowska works with many cultural institutions including the Bęc Zmiana Foundation, Artificial Foundation, Wytwórnia Publishers, MeMo Publishers and STGU. She occupies herself with graphic techniques, art books, illustrations for children, graphic design and video art. Winner of national and international awards. Her books received individual prize in the International Book Art Festival in Warsaw, the Book Of The Year competition of Polish section of IBBY, PTWK competitions and Prize at the Bologna Ragazzi Award. She was awarded at Chimera Press Design Competition and at the European Design Awards. Presented in many exhibits in Poland and abroad. Lives and works in Warsaw.
