When the brushes are not enough, it´s her hand that takes over to achieve a better communication with the canvas, colors and textures. Maria continues her research in the acrylic, mixed techniques, chinese inc and engraving, applying different materials like sand, plexi, iron, oxidised materials, gold pigments and ancient patinas, according to her inspiration.
