Exhibitions

Francisco Lagüera Conde is a photojournalist based in Berlin. The exhibition shows portraits taken in the context of his ongoing project in the European South and in North Africa.

"Apart from conditions, normally harsh, the width of the Southern border is a powerhouse of illusions. People here seem to shine, as if struck by the certainty of being on their way to a better future. Nothing shows such a lust for life like the beauty of the border women, their colorful blend of endurance and hope."
