Philipp Groth is a very young artist that stylistberlin presented to the art scene of Berlin in May 2012. Being the winner of the stylistberlin Call For Artists, his first solo exhibition was curated at the reknown Stattbad Wedding Gallery and half a year later, collaborations with art-parasites followed. Currently, Philipp Groth is teaming up with ARTCONNECT BERLIN and is preparing more exhibitions, picking up techniques in the field of media attending art school in Berlin and was recruited to work as creative director for stylistberlin.

Excited by such a career, THE UNKNOWN is now proudly curating the second solo exhibition of Philipp Groth at 'An einem Sonntag im August'.

"I am really in love with the location and its facility. You feel blitheful walking around or sitting on those lovely benches. This will create a cool atmosphere," says Groth.

"CHRONIK II" contains the previous series including the original drawings of 'Windows' and 'Athari 2'.

About his second solo exhibition in Berlin he states: "Furthermore, there will be some works added that have never been exhibited before… I am really excited about that - and people might have the chance to purchase some ‘Window’-shirts."
